▬  Who Can Apply for an Invitation for a Foreigner (Entry into the Invitation Register)

An invitation for a foreigner is one of the key documents often required as an attachment to a visa application for Poland. It serves as formal confirmation of the purpose and nature of the applicant’s stay.

Invitations are most commonly issued for family visits, when a foreigner intends to visit relatives residing in Poland. They may also be required for business meetings aimed at establishing or expanding cooperation with Polish companies. Additionally, this document is useful for private visits, such as when a guest is invited by friends or acquaintances.

It is important to emphasize that a properly prepared invitation can facilitate the visa application process and increase the chances of a positive decision.
